Cork

This is our first featured cork flooring installation.

The customer is very environmentally concsious and spent time considering their flooring options when they decided to install a new floor in their kitchen and dining room.

After an initial consultation and quote, we were delighted to supply them with these cork panels which are fitted together in situ. This type of floor is laid as a floating floor and needs an expansion gap, a bit like laminate flooring.

As you can see, we custom made the perimeter trims out of the cork flooring and we think it looks great!

The finished result is a nice, warm, comfortable floor that is highly durable!
